Consent to Personal Data Processing
Contact by email
To ask an ordinary question or enquire about a service, simply send an email. You do not need to prepare consent using a template in advance, send it in a separate email, or repeat your question.
The necessary processing of ordinary correspondence takes place on independent lawful grounds and within the limits described in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Sending an email does not, in itself, constitute acceptance of the consent below or permission for other purposes.
If consent is genuinely required for particular processing, a separate request specifying the purpose, categories of data, processing operations and duration will be sent before that processing begins. You do not need to send consent on your own initiative with every ordinary email.
The consent terms below apply where consent itself is the legal ground for the processing concerned. They do not require separate consent to be sent in advance for every ordinary enquiry.
Revision dated 13.10.2026. Identifier: 2026-10-13-email-1.
As a personal data subject, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest grant Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 772872317733, Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP) 322774600176722 (hereinafter the Controller), specific, purpose-specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below. For the purposes of this consent, the Personal Data Law means Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
Controller’s postal address: P.O. Box 15, Moscow, 117647, Russian Federation.
Contact for personal data matters: request@sql.moscow.
Terms used in this document: INN — Taxpayer Identification Number; OGRNIP — Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur; OGRN — Primary State Registration Number; LLC — limited liability company; IP address — the network address of the connection to the server.
1. Purposes of Processing
1.1. Consent is given for the purposes of receiving and considering my inquiry sent by email to request@sql.moscow concerning the subject matter of the website https://sql.moscow/, clarifying the circumstances, preparing and sending a reply, and subsequent interaction exclusively concerning that inquiry using the contact details I provided.
1.2. Within the stated purposes, an initial review of the SQL task, clarification of requirements and preparation of a reply concerning query development, correction or optimization are permitted. This consent does not establish an obligation to enter into a contract or accept the inquiry for the provision of a service.
2. Categories of personal data
2.1. Consent covers only the information I have provided that is necessary for this inquiry:
- first name or surname, first name and patronymic, to the extent I have provided;
- email address and telephone number, if I have provided it for a reply;
- the text of the inquiry and information about the task;
- my personal data in necessary documents, photographs and other attachments;
- information relevant to the matter additionally provided in correspondence or during an agreed telephone clarification.
2.2. The sender's address, date and time of receipt, subject, message identifier, contents of my separate consent and document revision are used to register the inquiry and confirm consent. The Website does not create a web form submission record or transmit page browsing history into the email.
2.3. Necessary technical information about email delivery is processed within the period for considering the inquiry. Independent processing of server security logs takes place on an independent basis under the Policy. This consent does not provide for audio recording of conversations.
3. Processing Methods and Persons Engaged in Processing
3.1. Within the purposes of this consent, the Controller may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, rectify (update, amend), retrieve, use, transfer (provide, grant access) to the persons specified in this consent to the extent necessary, block, delete and destroy personal data.
3.2. Processing is carried out with and without automated means.
3.3. The inquiry is considered personally by the Controller. Email tools and the Controller's infrastructure are used for hosting, delivery and storage. Consent does not in itself authorize entrusting processing to an unspecified group of persons.
3.4. If my consent is required to engage a specific processor, before transfer the Controller informs me of its name, address, purpose and the necessary set of data, and obtains separate consent. Provision on another lawful basis takes place only within the scope of that basis. The data subject's rights to information about actual recipients are preserved.
3.5. Entrusting processing to another party is formalized in accordance with the law and does not relieve the Controller of obligations to the data subject. Only the processing necessary for hosting, delivery and storage is permitted where an applicable basis exists; independent use by third parties for advertising is not authorized by this consent.
3.6. Attached materials are used for review, clarification of the circumstances of the inquiry, preliminary assessment and preparation of a reply. This consent does not authorize publication of the materials, their use for advertising or transmission to analytics services. Personal data in files and copies of the inquiry must be deleted at the end of the period specified in Section 4, in the absence of a separate lawful basis for further processing.
4. Term of Consent and Data Retention
4.1. Consent is valid for the period necessary to consider the inquiry, but for no more than 90 calendar days from the date of the last substantive message or telephone conversation concerning the relevant inquiry, unless consent is withdrawn earlier. If there is no subsequent interaction, the period runs from the date the inquiry is received. Sending automated messages and administrative notifications does not change the starting point for calculating that period.
4.2. If a contract is concluded, personal data processing necessary for its conclusion and performance is carried out on the corresponding separate lawful basis. Retention periods for contractual and mandatory recordkeeping documents are determined on the basis of the purposes of processing and statutory requirements.
4.3. Minimal information necessary to confirm receipt of consent or protect rights and legitimate interests may be retained on a separate lawful basis with the contents and for the periods established by the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Procedure for Withdrawing Consent
5.1. I may withdraw consent by sending a notice to the email address request@sql.moscow or to the Controller's mailing address.
5.2. To identify the inquiry, it is recommended that the contact details used when submitting it, the approximate submission date, or the inquiry identifier, if available, be specified.
5.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received. After receiving the withdrawal, the Controller ceases processing on the basis of this consent and ensures destruction of personal data within the statutory periods, unless there is a separate lawful basis for its continued processing or retention.
6. Scope and Procedure for Giving Consent
6.1. This consent does not cover advertising mailings, advertising calls, dissemination of my personal data to an indefinite group of persons, or use of optional analytics tools.
6.2. This consent relates to my ordinary personal data and does not cover special categories or biometrics. Third parties' data is processed only on an independent basis. If the law requires written consent, this method does not replace it; a separate document in the prescribed form is requested before processing.
6.3. If processing is based on consent, I express it in a separate email to request@sql.moscow, specifying the website https://sql.moscow/, the purpose of considering my inquiry, and revision 2026-10-13-email-1 dated 13.10.2026. Consent is not combined with the question text, a contract or confirmation of file submission terms. The Controller retains separate confirmation, the date, method and revision. Clicking a button, reading a page or sending an ordinary email without expressed consent does not replace obtaining it.
7. How to send separate consent
7.1. An ordinary question or service enquiry can be sent in one email without consent wording. Use the example below only where separate consent is genuinely required for particular processing and you have received a request to provide it. In that case, give your first name, or your surname, first name and patronymic, and the date, then send a separate confirmation from the email address used for the correspondence. You do not need to repeat the question or resend the documents.
7.2. For processing actually necessary to enter into a contract at the data subject's own initiative or to perform it, separate consent may not be required under paragraph 5 of part 1 of Article 6. This does not authorize processing of any and all information and does not automatically apply to other persons' data.
7.3. If the law requires consent in written form, an ordinary email and a scan are not automatically equivalent to an electronic document signed with an electronic signature. The required form and particulars must be agreed separately before the relevant processing.
I, [first name or surname, first name and patronymic], freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, INN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722, correspondence address: 117647, Moscow, P.O. It applies to my contact details, the text of my inquiry and my own data in necessary attachments; it does not include advertising, publication, analytics, special categories, biometrics or third parties' data without an independent basis.
